Dispatch: Orders ship within 48 hours. Made-to-order items follow the timeline on the product page.

Delivery: 2–3 working days across Pakistan after dispatch.

COD: Payment is made to the courier upon delivery.

Tracking: Tracking details are shared via email after dispatch.

Missed Delivery: Up to 3 delivery attempts are made before the order is returned.

Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Exchanges/refunds are only available for defective items reported within 24 hours.
   
2. Refunds are issued via bank transfer only.
   
3. No refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes ordered.
   
4. Once an order is processed, cancellation, exchange, or refund is not allowed.
   
5. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting and fabric dye.
   
6. Orders may be cancelled if an item is out of stock or fails quality control.
