How long does it takes to dispatch the order?

We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website. Orders for “Made to order” items will be shipped as specified on the relevant product page.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Once your order is dispatched, it takes 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery times within Pakistan vary depending on the city and availability of the consignee. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to pay the rider first before getting the shipment.

What happens if I am not home and I miss delivery?

The courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will also contact you to arrange delivery. After three attempts it will be returned to us.

How do I track my order?
