EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• We only offer exchanges or refunds on defected items. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order or they will not qualify for a refund.
• We do not accept cash refunds. All refunds are made via bank transfer. 
• If the item ordered is defected under quality control, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified. 
• We do not offer refunds on a wrong size ordered. 
• We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric. 
• We have the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock, and does not pass through quality control.
